what a busy weekend. i woke up saturday and the land was covered in white stuff. so daddy said we had to go out to shovel it up. mommy found daddy's old snowsuit from when he was a boy, so i climbed in, slipped on my boots, and i was ready to work. i made sure chase was ready to go too!
daddy was a great teacher. he showed me how to shovel the snow to the edge of the driveway. i was really good at it, and i LOVED it. i didn't want to go inside after we were done!
after my nap, we went out again to make a snowman. i just wanted to shovel some more, though, so daddy ended up making it all by himself. later, mom noticed a pink hat had appeared on the snowman's head! so she and daddy finished the job to make sure it stayed warm through the night.
on sunday, daddy took mommy out for a special birthday lunch at bonefish grille. so i went to kk and laura's for some fun. we played cars, danced, and worked puzzles.
today i'm back at school for my last week before christmas vacation. it's holiday spirit week, and today is christmas pj day. and look who i ran into this morning -- my girl anna! :)
