Summer Days

i've noticed the school buses are back on the road, which can only mean one thing: school is back in session! i, of course, did not get a summer break like most of the kids in my neighborhood because my parents enrolled me in the year-round system. but that doesn't mean it has been any less fun!

i've been playing outside a lot...

going on family walks....

"Ready to go for our walk, Dad!"

practicing my music....

"Toot toot!"

helping in the kitchen....

 "Stir it like this, Grandma!"

entertaining my grandparents....

"Aim, shoot, score!" 

doing chores around the house...

"Sweep here, Boppa!"

playing and picking out books at the library....

"Horsey says neighhhh"

"Found a cozy spot, Mom!"

and getting ready for my baby sister!

"Mom says I have to help change baby sister's diapers."

whew! if that isn't a busy summer, i don't know what is!
