Monkeying Around

i took mommy and daddy to the zoo this weekend so they could see the new orangutan exhibit. mommy has been talking about it for months, so we woke up with the birds and headed downtown so we could enter the zoo early (members get special treatment like that, you know).

all the animals were quite feisty -- i guess they were well rested and ready to play (i know i always wake up ready to play on saturdays). i started out in "my toller" (stroller) but quickly escaped so i could walk through the exhibits on my own. i loved it! my favorites were the orangutans, gibbon monkeys, and bears. i can't wait to go back and do it again!

poor chase didn't get to go to the zoo, but we played outside a lot this weekend, so he's okay
