"Don't eat the yellow snow," Mom says. Eat it? That's just gross. I don't eat it; I make it!
Last week we got hit with about 6 inches of snow (or more, I'm not sure; I just know it's taller than me!). It's been so long since we've had this much snow, that I wasn't sure at first what to do. I could hardly get out the back door to do my business! Daddy had to throw a treat out in the yard to get me to bound through the snow mound piled up outside the door. It worked; what can I say, I'm a sucker for beef flavored treats. On Saturday I helped Mom and Dad shovel some snow on the driveway and in the back yard. They made paths for me through the yard so I could get around with ease. They are so good to me.

After our morning in the snow, I was exhausted! So I spent some time drying off in the sun and then I curled up in bed (on momma's side, of course).

We're supposed to get another 4-8" of snow starting late tonight through Wednesday. I'm hoping for snow days for Mom and Dad, but I'm not holding my breath.
In other news: I heard the Colts lost the Super Bowl. Maybe next year they should change their name to the Indianapolis Chasers. They might have better luck, and they would have a helluva cute mascot. :)
Also, I should tell you that Mom has been feeling much better this weekend. The acupuncture seems to be relieveing her headaches slowly but surely. And I like the eucalyptus oil she has to rub on her head; it smells oh so good.
Lastly, I'm told Grandma Connie and Grandpa Dave are coming to visit next week! Woo hoo! That means lots of lovin' comin' my way!! I'll try to pose for some pictures. Check back next week!

thanks Chase for keeping me updated. You are one good Grandog! Tell your Mom and Dad they better "treat" you right or they'll have to answer to me.
